worst product and service- failed during installation
Its a worst product you can buy in the market. I purchased a new one, during installation by Havells technician, found the LED lights were not working and he asked me raise a service request. Its a new fan, i still raised a service request and service engineer came after 2 days with part. however issue not fixed. he told he will come back.. after that he never turned back. and all service team went mute and never answer my calls. I called havells call center 100+ times, they promised callback, product replacement, service visit etc etc.., however no one care about this issue and still the fan and issue hanging without any fix. after all its new installation FAILURE OF havells luxury fan. I NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM HAVELLS again… ITS a PATHATIC PRODUCT AND VERY WORST SERVICE AND SUPPORT. glad that I didnt order the water heaters…

Great product with poor service
Great product. But very poor service from havells. The technician has no interest or skill in fixing the fan but need the happy code.
