Thankfully, the manufacturer has reverted to the original formula as of April 20, 2025. I struggled through 2 months of the horrid new formulation, but hopefully we have seen the last of that. The original formula is now back and most appreciated, as these gummies are an excellent way to add more taurine.Update 5/25: Hopes dashed. Sadly, they have reverted to the disgustingly cloying and oddly textured formulation, as of May 6, 2025.Update August 2025: The original formula is back again.

These used to be delicious and the perfect gummy. The taste/texture has changed tremendously. Now I don’t know what’s happened but they’re disgusting, cracky, and crumbly. Please go back to the original quality.

I like that these are made with xylitol (small bonus for teeth?) and that the dosage is smaller and easier to control, given that recommended Taurine recommended/tested dosages can range anywhere from 500-6000 (and sometimes outside that range as well).Taste is great, these are a little bit sticky, but I don't mind if that means reducing even a little environmental impact.I think if someone is interested in supplementing Taurine, these might be worth a shot as I believe there could be an effect (I have a hard time reviewing immediate effects of supplements as there is so much to control for). I've been taking ONE preworkout/exercise in the afternoon, and I truly feel like my focus/stamina/motivation continues beyond through the workout into the evening. One time I took one on an empty stomach and got a bit jittery, so I think there is bioavailable taurine in the product, which does NOT mention third party testing.YMMV, but at least I believe the product contains bioavailable taurine, in enjoyable and manageable doses. I believe the description is fully transparent, so I won't take away stars for the fact you can make informed choices on whether the cost and efficacy is right for you.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product use to be really good, I’ve been using it for a year and my son used to loves it. But unfortunately the last two orders arrived different. It doesn’t have the gummy texture anymore. Know is dry and crispy outside. It has like a whiteish texture. Also the flavor is not the same.

First bottle was great, but my second bottle are like the texture of weirdly crunchy sour patch kids that dissolve super quick instead of gummies. I looked at my first bottle and they were made in 11/24, whereas this new bottle was made in 1/25. Have they changed the version so they no longer stick together? I'd much rather they stick together then they be this weird consistency!
