It came to me in a 16oz, But mine opinion is go for the Meguiar's G13115 NXT Generation Insane Shine Tire its better then this one my 2 cent's

Q: How long must you wait before driving after application, to avoid road sling? In other words, how long does it take to fully dry 100%.

I would let the tire dressing set for about 30 minutes. You could also wipe off excess dressing to avoid road sling. You might not get a deep shine. You could do light coats. If you're in for the day. Let the dressing set over night.
