I don't recommend holding these in your hands a lot of course
this chocolate is profoundly tasty- probably because it has so much fat in it to make it so meltable/fast hardening/remeltable! I used one package to make about 35 chocolate lego men. I put the chocolate in a measuring cup in the microwave for about a minute and a half on half power, and immediately poured it into the mold (you do have to stir it to make it truly liquidy). then I put the molds in the freezer for about 2-3 minutes and the chocolate was completely hard that quickly! if I broke one, I just put it back in the cup because it also remelts really well. since the melting point is low, I don't recommend holding these in your hands a lot of course.

Terrible value for price
I didn't realize *just* how tiny the bag is before ordering.If you're used to buying bulk, you may feel embarrassed like I did when these arrive...

Excellent for dipping candy
These wafers are excellent for dipping candy. The taste is far better than almond bark. And, I love that I don't have to worry about tempering chocolate.I have probably used a dozen bags of this in the past year, mostly making caramels. I have only had one occasion where a few of my pieces had bloom on them (white streaks). And that was only on the last two pieces I dipped in my last batch! I'm not sure what I did that caused that.I prefer the taste of the dark wafers over the white. Also, the white takes much longer to set up.As you can see in my photos, I'm a little messy in my dipping. But it's very easy to trim off the excess to make your candy look good.

It is NOT Dark Chocolate...i
I bought this chocolate to make chocolate fondue. It was NOT dark chocolate...it is dark chocolate flavored. So it is not what was stayed on Amazon's website. It was sweet and not a good taste at all. It was a mistake to purchase this product...and a greater mistake as I bought two of them. Also it is 10 oz not 12 oz at on the Amazon's website
