Wonderful product that provides 300 mg. of magnesium from dimagnesium malate and magnesium bisglycinate. I've done my research and found that InnerThera only uses Albion minerals, and that Albion is the world's best supplier of minerals. I love dietary supplements that only use the best ingredients because it means that I am getting a quality product. Make sure to check the ingredients on any supplements that you may purchase because I have found that most brands only use garbage ingredients.

It's interesting to me that there are so many forms of magnesium and it seems like lots of opinions on which is best. After years of trial and error, I prefer this form (magnesium bisglycinate and malate) or the threonate version, but your mileage may vary and it may be helpful to research before purchasing. The capsules have a rice bran filler but are in a vegetarian capsule, and have no detectable odor or flavor. They are easy to swallow with liquid. Usually, supplements may take a longer time than pharmaceuticals to work in the body, but magnesium tends to work quicker at relaxing the body and mind (for me). I feel like this is a good quality supplement and may consider this brand in the future.

This is the real deal - Albion magnesium. Albion makes some of the best chelated magnesium, so anytime a magnesium supplement uses albion you know it will be good.This particular magnesium is great. Each 2 capsule serving (magnesium malate and glycinate) offers 71% of your daily value of magnesium.I take 3 capsules each night before bed to help with sleep quality, and it works great.This is a fairly small bottle, however, with just 30 servings per day.Overall - great magnesium supplement, very good quality, but not the best value due to the small number of servings.

This InnerThera BioMag contains 300 mg of Magnesium per serving. It has two forms of magnesium. Magnesium Glycinate & Magnesium Malate. The bottle is safety sealed and contains 60 capsules, which is a 30 day supply(2 capsules per day). There is a lot of loose powder along the inside of the bottle as seen in the picture. I'm not sure if there is a broken capsule somewhere in there or if this is how all their bottles come?I've been taking 2 capsules a day without any stomach issues. They have no taste or smell. The bottle says it's good for supporting mood balance, relaxation & sleep, and muscle health. I haven't noticed any difference in my mood, sleep, or my muscles. Let's hope it's helping me on the inside.The listing says it's FDA approved, manufactured in the USA, and 3rd party lab tested for purity and potency, but it doesn't say that anywhere on the bottle. Some sleep formulas come with a bunch of extra supplements and herbs. I personally would rather select which supplements to take and in what amounts. For example, if I'm really restless, I'll also take a melatonin, but that's only every once in a while. I generally like to drink a coup of herbal tea at night, and take a magnesium supplement.So I was looking for just magnesium. Also some magnesium forms like Magnesium citrate tend to have too much effect on my bowel movements, so I was looking for forms of magnesium more directly related to sleep and other health benefits.InnerThera BioMag contains only two ingredients magnesium-malate and magnesium-glycinate, both of which I was looking for. They are readily digestible and easy on the stomach.These are also chelated, which means they are more readily absorbed by the body. So this is a very high quality chelated magnesium supplement.I take 2 capsules before bed. No smell, easy to swallow, no side effects. I feel relaxed and these help me sleep through the night.These are 3rd party tested for purity and potency. They are made in an FDA approved facility in the USA, so I know the standards are high.

Since I do reviews of several different products, this is how I judge magnesium products. Primarily by quality and purity. The manufacturer of the product must follow the tenets of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) agency. The agency presents guidelines as part of the US government. The manufacturer should have the product analyzed for purity by a third party. The product should look good, and not have broken or leaking capsules. Tablets should not be powdery, mis-colored, or broken. The dose of elemental magnesium should be correct according to stated contents. I disregard the made in USA label. It is unofficial, and the product could be made in the USA with untested ingredients from anywhere. I compare the cost per 100 mg of elemental magnesium to the magnesium taurate I usually take, which costs 12.23 cents per 100 mg of elemental magnesium, and is excellent quality. I present the cost purely for information, it is up to the consumer to consider cost importance. I may use other considerations occasionally. OK, InnerThera 300 mg Magnesium, Glycinate Malate Complex No GMP, or third party testing. The bottle had heavy powder presence, indicating leaking, broken capsules, or poor manufacturing cleanliness. See picture. Dosage information appears correct as stated on the label. 25.34 cents per 100 mg of elemental magnesium. A two rating. No GMP or purity analysis. Lots of powder in the bottle. I will not be taking this product.
