I have used RAW, and other big name brand intra supplements. This is the one that gives me the best results with energy for second wind and support. Tastes great, works great for my workouts and mma training. Highly recommend

I enjoy sipping on this during my workouts. It mixes a little weird, but eventually dissolves well. Not really sure if it actually helps or not, but mentally it does for sure, taking a few sips in between sets and getting ready for the next.

Personally, I am not the biggest fan of this drink mix. It wasn't my favorite flavor. It didn't have that good of a boost for me, especially with the on the higher side price tag. Just OK

Ordered this Hosstile Intra R3 Workout Powder. I love the orange flavor! Comes with 20 servings which with the value is fair for the market. Incredible balance of supplement/nutrients. I take a 20 oz water bottle drink a little and pour in 1 scoop and shake - on the go or post workout! Great product! I will be ordering again and did share this product with friends and family shows how much I love this product! Would give beyond 5 stars if I could!
