Q: Can this work overseas with 220V? I want to be able to plug it into the wall rather than my computer.

Inside the package there is a USB cable. As long as the output of your adapter is 5V, then it is good to go.

Q: Can i replace the glass with a blown glass ball?

The glass cannot be replaced. The air in the glass was first pumped out to be vacuum, then filled with inert gas. So once the glass is removed, the inert gas will disappear.

Q: Low to high power setting?

No power setting. Just On/Off by USB or battery.

Q: How can you claim that is glass one is actually cheap plastic?

The plasma ball is glass, not plastic. The lamp base is made of plastic.
