Great value; great machine
I am very impressed with this machine’s quality. Only took me about 25 minutes to put together and it came with everything I needed. It definitely gives a great workout and I am happy with the variety of exercises that can be done with it. Watch the review videos below to see other exercise options.

Full body workout… A must for at home gym!
Great product for the value of money. It’s a full body workout and perfect for your at home gym. It has six resistance bands you can adjust and is easy to put together. You also can easily store it since it is light enough to move alone. It hold a lot of weight so don’t be iffy on purchasing.

I get a good workout with this squat machine, and it's different enough versus my rowing machine.
It's sturdy for me (I'm 160 pounds). It's lightweight (only about 25 pounds) and easy to maneuver; it's much lighter and easier to move than my ''rowing'' machine. Unlike my rowing machine, this squat machine works the glutes and top of the deltoids. It appears in my estimation to accommodate a person that is between 5'3'' tall to 6'6'' tall. I'm 5'11'' tall and I have the seat in the middle notch (setting), and that means there are +2 notches for a shorter person and +2 notches for a taller person; and I have the handlebars at the 3rd notch from the top, and there is +1 more notch for a taller person. It arrived with the 4 resistance bands already attached but in a manner than offers zero resistance, so I decided to attach 2 of the 4 resistance bands, and then this exercise is quickly tiring (which is good for me). This machine also has 2 optional resistance bands that you can attach to the handlebars as shown in the advertisement's photo, but those 2 resistance bands didn't increase the overall resistance by a lot.Tip: When assembling this machine, there is a MISTAKE in the installation (setup) instructions as follows. The instructions show 4 #6 screws (bolts), but those 4 bolts are 2 different pairs of bolts, so it might require a little trial-and-error or intuitive thinking to determine the correct bolts to use in each step of the installation. It took me exactly 22 minutes to install this machine without attaching any of the resistance bands. My only complaint so far (note: I've only used this machine for 2 days) is the handle-bar and its attached straight bar (with the holes) is a little wobbly, even after re-tightening both the handles and that straight bar. If I lower the straight bar down +1 or +2 more notches down, then the handles are a little sturdier.Caution: Semi-similar to getting on and off a bicycle, be careful because you can easily bang your foot or leg if you aren't careful.

Easy assembly
The assembly is quite easy. But the issue is that the monitor does not fit in the support base.overall the machine does work.

Great purchase!
I HATE doing squats and purchased this to see if it actually would be a better alternative. It sure is, you really don't much pressure on your knees if you have bad knees and it truly doesn't feel like if you are actually doing squats but once you get off the machine boy will you feel the burn. I just got it 2 days ago and worked out twice 200 reps each day and my legs are hurting (In a good way). Assembly took me 20 max, mostly just trying to match the correct screws but it was very easy if you know how to assemble simple things. The little counter that comes with the machine is junk it skips by 2,3 or by 5's so I just keep track of how many I do. Other than that it is 100% worth every penny spent.

MUST BUY
Not only does this squat machine NOT take up a lot of space, it can fold and be put in a closet. It’s lightweight, yet very sturdy and durable. I weigh 250 and am extremely comfortable using it.It counts repetitions, calories and time used and helps you do very deep squats. While I plan to get to 10 minutes per workout, I currently use it for 2 minutes in 4 - 30 second sets. FOR ME 30 seconds equals about 25 squats every 30 seconds so over 2 minutes I do 100 squats (without the machine I can do 10 - 15 deep squats every 30 seconds). From 3 days of 2 minute workouts I feel the muscle burn in my shoulders, chest, stomach, back, butt, front and back thighs, calves, shin and ankles. My muscles burn like they are on fire.As I get stronger, of course I will easily be able to do more squats.I expect this machine to not only help with my weight loss journey but also leave me with a tight, toned body.I highly recommend this product and believe whether you are trying to lose weight, get toned or just stay fit, this machine will help you reach your goal. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

It works well... but bands break easily
I've had this machine for almost 2 months now, and I can say that it really does work! I've been using it every day and have definitely noticed a difference in myself. The only disappointment is that the bands don't seem to last very long. One seemed to blow out about a month in and now a second one looks like it is starting to do the same thing. I've tried searching for replacement bands because it seems like it would be simple to just swap them out, but I cannot find similar bands anywhere to purchase. So, in short, it does work well, but the quality of materials isn't amazing so you may need to replace parts or the entire machine after some use, especially if you plan to use it everyday.

Difficulty with some parts, but a good workout tool
So far, it’s a good workout and works different muscles than the exercise bike I normally use. The only problem was, when putting it together, the holes in the base support tubes weren’t big enough for the screws (bolts) that were provided. A mechanic friend of mine had to purchase something called a “tap” to make new threads in the holes. Other than that problem, I like this exercise machine.
