The media could not be loaded.  I bought these to use as the bottom layer of my substrate. The description is very accurate, I received the number of pieces stated and about a pound and half over. I gave them a good cleaning. They didn't seem that dirty to begin with, which was nice. I got a variety of sizes that matched the size description. They have a nice color once wet. I liked the varying textures and shapes provided. The largest stone would make for a great centerpiece and I might save it for later.

If you need rocks for scaping your aquarium or terrarium, look no further. Each rock was individually packed, with additional packing materials to ensure the rocks arrive unbroken. There's a good mix of medium sized, large & extra large rocks that are just gorgeous in my aquarium.

So happy with my purchase. Arrived by Canada post earlier than expected. 3 large pieces that are bigger than my hand, quite a few med and some small. They do need a super good clean but I was expecting that. The box said 16lbs but weighed it and was closer to 17lbs. Highly recommend
