They don't turn, they're lightweight, the perfect size especially if you don't like big earrings or very small ones. Very nice quality and price.

Paint wore off
The paint chipped off after a few weeks. I got the black ones but now they’re just plain silver. Can’t complain though lol, they’re still cute.
