Brilliant product. Much quicker, cleaner and better finish than pointing with cement. Sets solid after a couple of days. Easy to clean up after using.

Product looks good and is easy to lay - hopefully it will be long lasting.The issue I have is that the product description states a coverage of 20s quare metres per tubOn the tubs the coverage table shows a range of 4square metres to 20 square metres depending on the size of patio tiles.In my case the average coverage was 12 square metres - so in effect I paid nearly double to what I was expecting after having to purchase 3 more tubsThe product description should at least state that the 20 square metres coverage is dependant on patio slab size and that coverage is likely to be less if smaller slabs are laid

I can not rate this product any higher! So easy to use and arrived a lot quicker than expected. I'm a lady in her late 40's who loves a bit of DIY and this did the job perfectly. The tub is heavy (as expected) but the sturdiness of the tub and handle help, alot. The instructions given are very easy to follow and today I used a whole tub to regrout my 20sqm patio area, I initially thought that it wasn't going to be enough and I might need to order more but it turned out to be plenty. I can't yet comment on it's durability and final outcome but from first appearances it looks great and I'm very pleased. I was quoted several hundreds from a local trade to regrout so for under 50 quid and a bit of hard graft to get the same outcome I feel like this is excellent value.

Bought to regrout an old medium sized patio where pressure washing had removed some of the old grout.Good points:- looks smart & easy to apply. Sets reasonably quicklyBad points:- Expensive, more so than sand & cement. My limited area required 3 tubs @ £40Its solidity very much depends on the depth of the gap. Too shallow & it just comes out. About a week after application we had unusually severe rain ( thanks global warming) which an acted as a pressure wash in removing some of the shallower filled gaps.Overall I am not dissatisfied and it does look good, but to ensure a uniform and robust finish care is required.

This product works exactly as advertised. I've wait about a year before reviewing to see how it coped with winter rain and frost and have to say it has stood up really well. As advised the product does need a wide and deep gap to fill to work the best. Some of my gaps were not optimal but in the main it has worked well even in these areas. It has completely eradicated the growth of moss and weeds and has saved me countless hours striving to keep my sandstone patio looking its best. Colour match was really good. It is not cheap but you get what you pay for.

It might be just my personal experience and everyone else has a better luck. Few months ago I started a project on my patio and used some of the Grout. Yesterday I was going to finish my project. Firstly, the Grout I've used few months ago changed its colour from Natural (lovely colour it had on the day of application and for some weeks after that) to black. Thinking it might be the top layer (due to many rain, its Britain after all) I scratched it off, but underneath , though not black, but the grout is still far from natural, looks dirty dark brown/dark grey. The main surprise was waiting for me in the plastic tub with the product, which was well sealed and stored in a dry place. The rest of the product in the tub was rock hard! Solid rock. I've checked the tub again and there is absolutely no mentioning on it, not a single word in the instructions, that the product needs to be used straight away once opened. As I said, I've used some of it, sealed the plastic bag and closed properly the tub. I wouldn't give even one star to the product as I had such a terrible experience, but as I said, it might be just me, unlucky. Just a piece of advice to the seller and mainly the producer: Please write on the packaging, that once opened, needs to be used at once and leftovers can not be stored, so people could plan ahead knowing this. When I first opened the tub I didn't think they'd be enough to point my newly laid(by myself) patio. But it was easy to use and did the job well. There was enough to go over a few sections twice, where I'd missed a few bits.A lot of these type of products seem to cost quite a lot for what they are, but I think a good product is always worth the price!
