I’m completely impressed with this showerhead and how wonderful it feels and how easy it was to install. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was hesitant at first to buy it, but I believe some of those negative reviews could have been due to customers not understanding or following the instructions.With that said, this is what I experienced installing the showerhead.First the box it came in, was sealed with the company stamp to assure me that no one else had used it and that it wasn’t a returned item. This gave me a piece of mine right from the start.Next, I took all the pieces out and separated them by instruction steps.The instructions were extremely easy to follow going step-by-step on each piece when and how to install them.Finally, I tested the showerhead and the handle and both worked perfectly well with no leaking anywhere. I also love the cord for the handle shower wand because it’s not only long enough, but it’s also extremely flexible and not stiff. It’s not plastic or cheap material.It is very well-made and I’m very happy that I purchased it. I highly recommend this showerhead to anyone that wants to experience a rainforest type of shower as well as the ability to use the shower wand when needed.The water pressure was perfect as well, both from the showerhead and the wand.

I cannot say how much I love this shower head! It was very easy to install, coming with all parts and hardware needed. The price was excellent! The various settings are great! There is a special trick to get an even better water pressure. The instructions included tell you how to remove the small water restrictor that will make you even happier with this purchase. This comes with extra washers and screens to replace if the shower head gets clogged. My old shower had a bad issue with the jets getting clogged up, but this one reportedly will not do that. The arms that this attaches to are very flexible and maneuverable. My wife is barely 5'1" and I'm a little over 6', so being able to have it adjust to our desire is crucial. I love the rain head and how it drenches your body. The adjustable arms hold the weight of the shower head perfectly. The bracket for the handheld shower fits on the wall with a heavy duty tape. Once you put it on the wall, it feels like it's there to stay. Did I mention how quiet this is? My wife gets up at 5 AM for work and I can't even hear this running. Overall, this is a great buy and I may replace my other shower with this one.
