My girlfriend has been taking these for the last month along with other supplements and has noticed some positive effects to her health and well being. They come blister packed and they've caused no adverse effects or reactions. They don't work overnight and cosistent use is required for results as with all supplements.They are easy to swallow but my girlfriend does say that they have a bit of a funny taste but it's quickly washed away with water.

These tablets come in blister packs, each box has 40 tablets, 1 tablet a day recommended. 80 days supply.Good percentage values for the B vitamins.The tablets are the same size as a paracetamol, nice and easy to take. They do have a slight aroma, but nothing awful.The B vitamins are such essential vitamins and for me when taking these tablets I do feel better.The downside for me is I like to spread my tablets out, only take when needed, not just take for takings sake and so was disappointed to see the short best before date on the boxes, just 6 months.

I’ve been taking Kira Hormonal Balance for nearly 2 weeks. It seems, so far, to have really helped with energy levels and mood stability. The mix of B vitamins and vitamin C is a good combo….keeps me feeling balanced and positive all through the day. I really like the fact it’s vegetarian (and free from gluten and lactose). The slow-release formula is also a positive. They don’t taste of anything much, just slightly powdery, and easy to swallow.Definitely recommend for anyone needing extra support with hormonal health, and fairly reasonably priced in comparison to other options. Also, this is a known brand. I must say, I was sceptical initially, but these do seem to work pretty well 👍🏻
