So, I prepare this shake everyday as breakfast. Taste is super delicious, I usually add a little bit of monk fruit because I like it a little bit more sweet, but this is not the reason for the 3 stars, the reason is because of the amount of protein for the price is not enough. I started a subscription to buy this product every month, and even if I skip a day or two, I can barely stech it for two weeks, max. Unless this is something to get every other day or maybe once or twice a week, then yes, is worth it, otherwise, for what it cost, doesn’t come with enough protein.
