calming mind and good for the balancing of your emotional moods
I first got these in a Wellness Box from Boots in the January 2025. I just thought i will stick with them. They work. they do have a hint of lavender in the taste and they smell just like lavender.

They help chill me out after a stressful day at work. You can smell the lavender. Try before thinking of taking medication.

Not sure how long the benefits of taking these tablets will take. I’m on my second packet. They taste revolting, a bit like furniture polish, but as the saying goes, the worse they taste, the better they will do you.

Effective
Go canny the first time you try them. I took these thinking my tolerance to most meds or herbal remedies is pretty good. I took 2 of these at 9am and by 11am I'd made 4 mistakes in my life. I was almost too relaxed, it was unsettling from something that only cost £10. So I'd say take 1, see how you go.

Pleasantly surprised
So I don't usually have much trouble getting to sleep but I have a lot of difficulty staying asleep or getting back to sleep, especially if I'm woken up by the kids or dogs for some reason.I didn't hold out much hope for these tablets as they don't contain magnesium but actually they've been really good when I've used them in conjunction with the pillow spray from the same brand. I've been taking them for the last week and even when I've been woken up I've been able to get back to sleep within 10 minutes or so, which is very unusual for me (normally I'd be awake for the next 2 or 3 hours) so I'm very impressed.Would definitely recommend giving them a try if you're having problems with the quality of your sleep like me.
