Great tasting low carb pasta
Great low carb pasta. I've tried many and this one tastes closest to semolina pasta. It does take a little longer to cook and it's a little expensive but well worth it. Can't wait to try the other shapes!

Diabetes Friendly!
My husband was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and he loves pasta and rice. This has been a God send! It’s VERY expensive for pasta, so we only enjoy it a couple times a month. It cooks like high carb pasta and tastes great! It’s very, very close to regular pasta in terms of texture. To me, it tastes exactly like regular pasta. The best thing is that it doesn’t spike my husband’s blood sugar! So grateful for this product.

Wow!
So far I have only tried the elbow macaroni, but I have already ordered several more types. Unbelievably good for low carb pasta.I’ve tried so many low carb pastas and this is almost like regular pasta: the chew, the texture, the flavor. Admittedly a little less flavor than regular pasta. I know there are those who like to eat plain pasta with just some butter and salt and pepper. For those folks they might miss that flavor more than the rest of us who use different sauces and proteins with it.I used cheddar cheese powder with butter and half and half to make a cheese sauce. Wowza! Now, please don’t think this will be exactly like a handmade real Italian pasta at a nice restaurant; but this absolutely scratches the itch like no other low carb pasta I have tried. Think more of a replacement for the generic dry pasta from the supermarket that you mix up with a good sauce and some protein.Yes, it’s pricey, but worth it for this recovering carb addict.

Perfect!
I read reviews on so many low-carb pasta options. The reviews for this pasta were pretty good, so I gave it a shot. Thank goodness that I did! I finally get to enjoy pasta again on my low carb diet. It has been so long. I made one of my old favorites, roasted red pepper and Italian sausage pasta. Pasta cooked up so perfectly, I served it to others who are not low-carb, and they could not tell any difference. Great quality, great texture, great taste! Worth every penny.

Best low carb pasta bar none!
Out of all of the low-carb pastas, this has the best texture and flavor. It’s similar to wheat pasta because it has a lot of fiber. I recommend cooking it for 20 minutes. Al dente is not real good with this type of pasta.

Awesome replacement to regular noodles!
I’m a diabetic and a pasta lover so obviously I can’t have original pasta noodles because of the carb count but these noodles were great! They cooked easily and they tasted almost exactly like regular pasta noodles! It’s a really good replacement for a higher protein intake and lesser carbs. I like my noodles a little softer than al dente so I cooked 1.5 serving sizes for 14 minutes in boiling water and they came out perfect for me. 10/10 recommend

Good but VERY EXPENSIVE
They are not the total price-gouging people that others are, but they are very close. Taste is okay, and you have to cook them for a VERY long time to get them soft (I did 35 minutes). I will most likely get them again, but it will be rare due to the cost. The average cost of high-end pasta is 37 cents per ounce (Rummo Fettuccine Pasta N.15). This stuff is? Over $1.25 per ounce.. If this company had been a little honest and not price gouged people with a medical conditions such as Diabetes, they would have been heroes.. But as the man says, there are no more heroes left in the world. There's still time. Hopefully, the price will come down, or there will be some competition that gets them honest. We'll see.

Best keto pasta
This product is a game changer for me as far as keto pasta. It has a great taste especially in any sauce. The texture isn't quite like regular pasta but I still enjoy it. I do cook it a bit longer than I would regular pasta and past what the instructions recommended. I've made macaroni and cheese with the elbows and another dish with the rotini. I have also tried the linguine noodles and they are good as well. Definitely worth a try if you are craving pasta during your keto journey. Packages are a bit small for the price but it was worth it to me.
