My charger sadly stopped working after a good run. I reached out to Amazon who referred me on to Baseus. Lava got back to me immediately and after confirming my purchase and the issue she sent our a replacement within the day!New charger works perfectly and has no issues - great battery life and build quality is amazing.

EDIT 2: Oct 10th. Following the sellers very kind replacement of the original unit, I'm afraid to say the replacement has now died and will no longer accept a charge. On charging the device the display will immediately show 100% charge, but if I try to use it it is completely exhausted. I've admitted defeat and stumped up for a more expensive alternative from Anker. Quite annoyed.EDIT 1: After leaving my review the seller very kindly contacted me and helped me work through some problem solving. In the end they sent me a replacement unit free of charge which is performing superbly. Very happy.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I really like this power pack and I really want to be able to give it a better review. In terms of size, and finish it's lovely. I also really like the display that shows current charge level and input/output.I don't know if my unit is slightly faulty or not, because that charge level will deplete steadily from 100 to around 60-ish and then before you notice it is flat as a pancake. I thought this was maybe a calibration thing so I was careful to charge it to full and deplete it to zero a few times but it is still behaving the same way.I get maybe 3/4 of a charge into my steam deck, better than nothing but not as much as I would like.

I ordered this battery bank as I wanted one that could super fast charge my samesiung 22ultra and this certainly does. I really like how it charges super fast and you get the information of how much power is left in the bank with the display rather than just lights to show how much power is left you get the number in percentage so you can easily find out. It also has a button and when charging you can see the voltage that it is powering as well as the amps.One major point however is the fact that it is not heavy which I have found in the past it has been the case with a lot of other power banks.i also tried this on my hp laptop and it does charge it as well, do not know however how fast it is with the laptop and how much power it would supply it but when I have tested it more fully I will update this review.I am really pleased with this purchase and will be purchasing another soon for my brother as well.

I received a power bank that did not work and I left a one-star review (which I've left below this edit). Baseus customer service quickly got in touch with me and offered to replace it. There was a delivery problem on the first attempt, and even though it had nothing to do with them, they sorted it out. My new power bank is working like it should, and while I can't comment on longevity, I'm pleased with it. Special shoutout to Lava at Baseus for their great communication and helping me get a working power bank in time for a holiday.--original review--I had high hopes for this power bank and planned to use it with a Steam Deck. I can charge the battery and disply shows it's 100% charged, but it will not charge anything. The display won't show unless it's charging. I've tried charging phone, steam deck, laptop and a USB fan using USB-C and USB ports but nothing works. Very disappointed, especially for the price.I'm attempting to return it and will update this review if I get one that works.

I bought this about a year ago. It work flawlessly providing rapid charge as specified. One day it stopped working. After contacting Baseus via Amazon and answering a few questions a brand new one was shipped and received in a very short time.The only downside of this product is that the battery is quite heavy, but it can provide the rated power to compatible devices as stated and be rapidly charged without getting hot. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a power bank with that power rating.The customer service for the battery replacement gets a 10/10. I even got a nice follow up email asking if the product had safely arrived.

After using it quite frequently over the past 8 months as a charger mainly for my steam deck it developed a fault where it wouldn’t charge back up just flashed at 0% with no amps. I decided to contact the customer service as I knew it had a 2 year warranty. After a couples emails back and forth, I sent them a video of the fault. They came back saying it was a fault they couldn’t fix and promptly sent me a new charger. Overall very happy customer.

This item worked precisely once, charging to 100% and discharging to around 40%. After that, it lost all charge and seemed to get stuck in a charging loop where it thought it was charging, but was not.Returned for a refund as I did not want to deal with a potentially failed Lipo pack.
