Just add a table spoon full in 300-500 ml of water and let it boil until you are left with 1 cup of tea. Then strain it and drink as black tea.

How do I use this product

For 1 cup of tea I use about a tablespoon of senna leaves and I put them in tea infuser and boil them with 11/2 cup of water and reduce it to 1 cup and I like to add honey at the end.. it taste quite pleasant even without honey as well but I like honey..I use the same leaves twice to brew my tea
