I wasn’t sure what to expect but after trying for the first time, it’s the only thing I’ll put on my steak after cooking. Wonderful flavor.

reminds me of the times I have been to Delmonico. When you use, you may want to add salt. We use this on alot of different proteins and some veg.

This is a great pepper mix with many applications. It does not have the spicy bite of fresh ground Tellicherry, but that is just right for applications of more than a seasoning. It can be liberally rubbed into beef before cooking, or added to soup or stews.

There's a ton of variety of flavors and scents in this mix, it's a really nice medley. Wherever you'd be adding regular black pepper, you can use this but you'll be getting a ton of additional depth and scent. You can use this as a finishing seasoning or in your cooking and it'll be a welcome and noticeable addition each time. It's hard to describe the tase exactly, other than just saying it's very varied. What I can coherently say is that is smells awesome. It's warm, a bit floral, and almost citrusy.

This is very good spice. Good on steak, veggies and in a dip! I use this often. Has a little kick but not too much!
