Great quality handheld.
I am pleased with the use of brass on the inner workings. It doesn't leak and it's so effective and easy to use. Glad I went the handheld route instead of the mounted ones inside the toilet.

Much Better Product Than My Last Bidet Sprayer
The reason I chose this SonTiy Bidet Sprayer over other, slightly cheaper ones I saw on Amazon was its all-brass construction of the sprayer handle, and the braided construction of its hose. Our last bidet sprayer eventually developed a leak from the hose at its connection to the T-valve and I wanted a better-quality product as its replacement. We've only had this new sprayer for a week or so now, so I can't comment on its long-term durability, but it is much better constructed then our last one and I expect it to last much longer.I only had one initial hesitation when I bought the SonTiy sprayer, and that was with its use of a sliding switch as opposed to lever you press, much like you would see on a garden hose sprayer. But my wife was okay with it, and as noted in their literature, that handle is a source of leakage of other makes. We also like the design of the extended sprayer nozzle. An additional plus is that the nozzle fits into the holder from our last sprayer I already had mounted on my wall, so I didn’t need to install their holder.Installation was as straightforward as with any other bidet sprayer, but of note, due to their higher manufacturing quality, they advise you not to use plumbers Teflon tape on the threads of the connections. I was initially unsure about leaving this off of my installation, but the connections do not leak.My only criticism is that the variable slider switch doesn’t seem to make much of a difference in the sprayer’s water stream pressure. But this isn’t a big concern for us, and it doesn’t skew our favorable opinion of SonTiy’s product.

Good enough.
This uses an 18x1.5mm or so o-ring to seal the parts they put together on the main shutoff.Mine came with that o-ring notched and so it henoraged water after it was installed. Nit an issue for me, but I had to replace it immediately before it could be used. I went ahead and put some "5 aofseal pipe dope on threads as well and it seems to be all right now.Because they use this oring, this has the possibility to spring a leak out of the blue at any point in time down the line. This is why they tell you to turn the water off diemring extended times away. There are better solutions but this is the easy and cheap one and for that reason I've docked one star.I suggest putting pipe dope on the threads of this fitting before installing to help mitigate this risk. You need a 10mm alan wrench to disassemble it.Otherwise as of 3/25 it looks to be fairly quality built, and I plan to revisit this review with an update after usage for a year or more.

Sturdy. Good quality.
Haven’t hooked it up yet. But the quality seems excellent. Very sturdy feel to it. Can’t wait to use it.

High Quality Bidet
Excellent quality, solid brass with no cheap plastic parts. Flow is super variable with two separate adjustments.

Too difficult to use
First be suspicious of all the 5 star reviews. I’ve been harassed with 5 emails begging me to increase my rating and asking how they might compensate me. One even tried a guilt trip stating that he may lose his job. Seriously, it’s getting ridiculous so please stop asking me to change my rating. I believe 3 stars is fair for what I see as a design flaw. The product is not horrible (1 star) but definitely not perfect (5 stars). I’m starting to form a different opinion of the company’s tactics based on the emails I’m getting. In my opinion the flow adjustment control is too difficult to use as a bidet. First, I bought this style because I thought the pressure control option would be better than the simple press on/off thumb control that is sold on most hand-held, hose-style bidet.Sliding the control is very stiff and awkward. I tried it out for a week before deciding this is definitely a poor design for me. There’s too much resistance to do it without looking directly at the nozzle while turning on the water. If you try to use without looking at it, it’s easy to lose control of the direction the head is facing and spray water all over yourself and outside the toilet. If used as a tool to rinse cloth diapers, it’s probably just fine. I don’t recommend as a bidet.Overall the construction/material is solid. It’s heavy and well built. Easy to install with no leaks. The execution just didn’t work for our intended use.I’m keeping the parts but bought a new thumb trigger head to replace the one sold in this kit.
