I believe this product is high quality and potent. But; One single dose of this lithium reversed every mental benefit I experienced on the carnivore diet. Luckily it lasted less than 24 hours. If you eat clean and really need the carnivore diet for mental health (and health in general) be careful taking lithium. It made me think some weird stuff and want to disengage from people, problems and life in general. I haven’t felt that combination of problems in well over a year of being carnivore. BTW if you have any mental “problems,” you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by eating like a lion or wolf and forgetting the old food pyramid.

Just started using mine 5 days ago.I took this at night initially to help with sleep but I noticed that it made my heart beat a little off/ irregular. I Wasn’t going to use but them. i tried in the am (1 pill) and it seems to be working fine.I noticed that when I was arguing with the Mrs I was able to let it go quicker than usual. I find that very helpful for my health and relationship.I plan on continuing use each am.
