I am not a fan of the smell of lavender or camomile,but I bought this to spray in the car to help with my travel sick puppy, along with a ginger biscuit, we have only done very short journeys since using it, but he seems much happier and hasn't been sick since. (Not sure if it this, the ginger, or both) It smells absolutely beautiful, really subtle and refreshing, so much so that I have used it to spray on my pillow at night, sadly it hasn't helped me to fall asleep,or hasn't improved my sleep at all, but my room smells lovely so I will continue to use it.Verdict: I don't rate it for a sleep aid, but a thumbs up for my travel sick puppy 🐶

I would recommend this it definitely helps me doze off faster often leaving the TV on.I am sceptical about herbal medicines and remedies but I cannot fault this stuff it smells great and doesn't over power the pillow with it's scent.I've bought this a few times now and I do have bouts of insomnia.I'm not saying this will cure insomnia it helps me just get to sleep faster with 6 to 7 sprays.
