Tastes better than regular candy bars! I LIVE these and when I need anything, Sweet, this is my go to. I am on keto, but even when I’m not on keto I use these recommend or for sugar-free diabetic diet. It might be good. I don’t know that, but I would check it. The low calorie content, and the fact that it doesn’t melt is really a good thing.

Such a nice treat without a big blood sugar spike. If you have blood sugar issues these are nice to have around if you need something sweet once in awhile without causing yourself injury. I like to have these on hand and I’ll have one every now and then when I want a big treat.

These taste like a regular candy bar. Great option for keto diets when you want a sweet treat. I often bring them when I go out, and it gives me a dessert option when I know there won’t be any keto desserts. I took off one star, because I wish they’d switch to a non sugar alcohol keto sweeter. But in small quantities, my tummy can handle them. It would be better if they’d use monk fruit or stevia.

These are delicious. Really like candy bar but healthier. Peanuts, chocolate. Great consistency. My grandkids love them. Their Go to snack.

My favorite candy bar was the Baby Ruth, which has vanished from my local grocery stores. This offering from Adkins is a great substitute, with the advantages of low carbs and higher protein. For myself, I keep them in the refrigerator.
