Love these. I got these originally at a health food store after talking with their personal. Confident in their expertise. Taste good maybe too good! I think the value is a little better than the health food store especially since I have it on autoship.

My son has low Vit D. We supplemented with a liquid Vit D3K2 supplement almost every single day for almost three months and retested and his levels only went up 7 units. He was starting to resist the liquid because he didn't like the oiliness so I told him I would look for a gummy. We tried Nordic Naturals first because I trust that brand. Those taste okay but aren't his favorite. I ordered these because I also trust Vitamin Code and he loves them. They have the texture of Dots candy (which he loves) and the flavor is great too. Only time will tell if his levels go up more when we retest but at least he likes taking these.

My husband doesn’t like pills, so these worked for him, but I personally didn’t like eating something so sweet first thing in the morning. I went back to pills, but this brand ultimately is good and doesn’t upset my stomach.

Really nice ! I was at 23 vitamin D level and after taking one every two or one day for 4 weeks my vit D went up to 26.5 ! That was quicker than the vitamind capsule I was prescribed. Now I’m taking it every other day for a month consistently. I definitely feel more alive and just alert ! It’s insane how much alive I feel. I definitely think it’s the VIT D going up. My levels in a month are definitely going to hit at least 30 ! Which is phenomenal. I recommend this product if you are low in vit D. Just be patient and wait it out. I also take magnesium glycinate because both pills work to benefit health

I have rejected gummies in the past but now I have joined the crowd. I alternate between Life Extension's same formula plus seaweed iodine and these gummies just to not overdo it on the iodine. This brand has been proven to be efficacious so I have ventured into enjoying gummies to offset my other supplements.
