Design Toscano Globe Bar Liquor Cabinet on Wheels, 27 Inches Wide, 18 Inches Deep, 34 Inches High, Sepia tone

This was amazing. I bought it for my Son for Christmas and had it delivered to him. It arrived on time in excellent condition and the quality and craftsmanship were exceptional. It’s beautiful and very sturdy.

Its a sad state when a company includes all parts and it actually makes an impression. Not only did they safely send the product with all parts but everything was neatly packaged and included were very easy to follow directions. These were normal size directions and not those typically included that are the size of a credit card.I was also pleased with the design. It seemed well engineered with quality parts.Cosmetically, it looks great. Also, i was pleasantly surprised with a little bonus gift. A nifty wine and bottle opener!A few nit pick things that i will not take any stars away for:1) Color is a bit orange for me. This is very subjective I understand.2) I did expect it to be a bit larger3) I expected the globe to be wood but it is plastic. Probably my fault for not reading more carefully.4) It does seem like something that while sturdy now, storing heavy bottles could wear it out in a year or two.Having not used it yet, i look forward to seeing how well it stores my liquid treasures.

The media could not be loaded. It was easy to put together, though you do need your own flathead screwdriver. It looks so good from across the room! It's got good capacity and moves easy across the floor.The top spins, but not the bottom, so that's kind of weird. In my opinion it would be better if both or neither of them can spin. As it is, the hemispheres get misaligned each time that I open the top because it spins so easy.The only thing that is a big downside, though, is that there are some spots where the globe lines don't match up correctly, so that's a bit of a bummer that on close inspection it looks like a $20 globe instead of $200.

We a bit nervous after ordering. Photo on website looked good, but photos can lie. Actual piece is very nice. Not real cherry wood, but a nice simulated finish. The decals on the globe don't perfectly match, so if you look closely at the globe, there are places where the panels are off by a quarter inch or so. As a working globe this would be a show stopper, but it's only evident if you are trying to use it as a globe. As a piece of eye-candy, it works very well. Very nice looking.Capacity wise, I have one or two unusually shaped bottle that won't fit inside the globe, but they sit undeneath in the rack. Holds about 4-5 bottles of liquor inside globe and about six underneath. There is a row for glassware that holds about 6-8 glasses. Don't really drink wine, so can't speak to the capacity for wine glasses.Easy assembly, but you will need a bladed screw driver and a small wrench which are not included.

I purchased this bar globe for my husband for christmas. He had been fascinated by one he sees in our attorneys office for years, but I always thought the price would have been way out of my league, so I never thought twice about purchasing one for him. I found many on Amazon from many different companies, so I wasn't sure which manufacturer to go with. I'm so pleased I chose Toscano Design company. When he opened the box, it seemed like there might be a challenge building it, however, once its all laid out, it couldn't be easier! It took 7 minutes and no cuss words. :) The bar is fascinating while the lid is closed, and when its opened up its even more elaborate and exquisite. There is plenty of room for stemware, shot glasses, cordial glasses, whatever your desire, as well as 3 bottles in the center part of the globe. Underneath the globe there is also plenty of more storage, I'd say enough room for 9 more bottles. It even fits our large decanter, which is now displayed in this beautiful piece. I'd go as far as saying its like a piece of furniture on wheels so you can wheel it to wherever the party is happening. I noticed this company had the same thing "made in Italy". If you can afford it, get that one, however, I purchased the one made in China because of the lower price tag, and couldn't be happier with my decision. It is truly a beautiful addition. It is the type of item that will be an inheritance piece, as many have already made their claim on it! If they only knew how affordable it is, they would be purchasing their own. I don't tell them the price. I just let them think we paid alot :)

The bar looks great and really easy to assemble with no tools. Here are some down sides.Packaged very well for protection of product, that being said there were still several nicks and gouges that needed touching up.The bottom half of the globe wasn't high enough to fit in the grooves provided on the top shelf. I needed to added 4 washers each to the columns holding the globe half to raise high enough engage in the groves. This is significant gap.The size of the globe is pretty small. A regular size bottle of wine or decanter would fit in the center but that's it. There is no way stemmed wine glasses fit in the slots provided so the globe will close, not even one.All in all making do with these short comings as the piece is attractive. Found another purpose for the inside of the globe storing smaller items.

This is really nice! It was easy to assemble and looks like it was much more expensive. It is truly a unique piece.
