Lovely brand. Taking it along with low maintenance dose of FBN & IVM. Tudca & milk thistle both support liver health. Thought it was awesome to find a blend of both! But, later learned that estrogen positive cancers should avoid milk thistle. So now getting just Tudca. (*this is not medical advice. Just sharing what has been read. Tudca produced noticeable improvements in Bp numbers where Sugar Sync Glyco Optimizer did not.I would recommend using it daily (2) for at least three weeks before making an assessment.

Presumably, getting the actual listed compounds at their actual listed dosage is as good as it gets. It is nearly impossible for the ordinary person to verify this, so we're just hoping Vinatura is honorable. Probably fine, I doubt the fake tudca industry is thriving (nobody wants fudca).
