Proven Probiotic Lactobacillus & Bifidus for Pregnancy - Lab4 Friendly Bacteria for Pregnant Woman

I had to go on antibiotics while I was 7 months pregnant...... really wanted something to put back the good bacteria and especially for baby too.Digestive health improved (as much as can do in pregnancy) no further illnesses since taking. Would definitely recommend.

The only reason for the 1star on taste is that there is no taste. I started taking it every morning since I was 7weeks pregnant, and I was suffering severe constipation (I was drinking a lot of fluids, and eating plenty of fibers and yoghurt, still). After only 2days of taking this, has been a Godsent ever since, currently 27weeks. I waited for so long till I write a review so that my reciew is accurate! Girls, take it with water every morning, you will feel "lighter" every day :)

Easy to swallow, really helps digestive system to work better during pregnancy

Not too large and the smooth capsule means they're easily swallowed.No particular taste.No idea if they do any good, but I like to think so!

These initially made me feel nauseous until I realised I could open them easily and pour the contents on my cereal without having to swallow the large capsule; the taste is fine and they’ve been really useful at reducing bloating issues and general discomfort that I haven’t been able to get rid of since recently giving birth.I’ve been looking for probiotics that are safe for breastfeeding to deal with a couple of issues that I feel I wouldn’t have had if I had taken probiotics in the last few months of pregnancy. Apart from digestion issues, I suffered from lingering yeast infections in the last few weeks of pregnancy, made worse by the antibiotics I received during labour. My baby also has severe reflux and colic and I was recommended to take probiotics while breastfeeding as some of the benefits would pass to her through my milk.It’s always a worry taking any type of supplement during pregnancy; the reassurance that this probiotic was specifically formulated for pregnancy and breastfeeding brings such peace of mind. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend all women take probiotics during the last trimester of pregnancy and these are a great option.I’m a mum of 2 and always do lots of research and rely on reviews to choose the right products for my family.
