Q: Are these dressing hypoallergenic

I don’t know whether they are hypoallergic. They are used in hospitals and especially post-op which is where I came across them. They are also completely waterproof, which helps to keep a wound dry when having a shower, for example. I have looked at the label on one of the dressings. Nowhere does it say anything about being hypoallergic. Their website is www.smith-nephew.com. So you can ask them directly. Hope this helps.

Size pf 6.5 x 5 packs dressing area is 4.x 2.5 cm. They are very good and can survive many showers.

Hello, the Post-Op is more for hospital setting as it offers an impermeable barrier against bacteria and reduced blistering as it's primary function whereas the PLUS is more continued protection of post-op wounds, cuts and abrasions.
