Lenz6.1 Toe Cap Compression Unisex Heated Socks with rcB 1400 Batteries

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. Decided on these socks after reading a ton of reviews and research. I live in Utah, and ski often, took these on several runs and the socks failed in several areas. #1 battery was completely drained each time less than 4 hours. They did not keep my feet warm, nor were the comfortable. After contacting the seller within Amazon’s 30 days, they gave me a scripted speech on how they don’t offer refunds, and they would test the socks. I was not happy, the socks did not work, and after I called Amazon to get assistance with my return, the seller charged $250 as a “restocking fee” for the product. SHAME ON YOU. I’ll be filing a claim with Amazon to get the full refund.

Socks are terrible, software is worse. Socks shut off without any warning. Batteries are big and bulky and attach awkwardly with snaps. Terrible product especially for the price.

The batteries did not come with the socks like they were supposed to, so not satisfied.
