A must read for anyone wanting to start a restaurant.I already have a restaurant but got some new insights from reading this book.I like the fact that the author points you to websites that are equally informative.

Good book, but for bigger restaurants. Mine is only 65 seats, much of the marketing and financial information is ridiculous for small restaurant budgets.
