Works well for RV pump replacement
RV water pump in our fifth wheel went out so I purchased this to replace. Was able to plug into outlet in wetbay and have been using it since purchased in November of 2023. We full time so this pump is used daily to pump for showers, RV washer, dishes etc. Pump is still working well. Have noticed a pulsing of the pump that is about 30 seconds intervals; however, that may be due to a small leak we have elsewhere in the fifth wheel that we have been unable to locate. All in all this pump has done it's job well for the past 15 months we have been using it daily.

Great flow and quiet
I use this to pump hydroponic nutrient solution from 5 gallon buckets in my kitchen sink to totes that are about 50 feet away that sit on a shelf about 5 feet high. I am not particularly handy so I struggled to figure out how l to make it all work smoothly. My setup is:* Food grade tubing (45 psi working pressure) to connect to the pump. I have about 6 feet on the inlet that stick into the bucket. I had trouble finding the tubing but got this at a plumbing supply store Ferguson's. The manual says you should use a tube with 2xs the working pressure of the pump's psi but I am not doing that. The tube I have is not braided but is still very stiff and not easy to work with. I bought hose clamps from home Depot because the pump didn't include any.* Barb to male garden hose adapter - I got this from Amazon and connected the tube on the outlet to a $10 garden hose I got from Walmart. The hose is hard to deal with indoors so I'll be looking for something more flexible.* Female garden hose to male npt adapter, full port pipe shut-off valve, female to male garden hose adapter (from home depot) - I needed a shutoff valve at the end of the hose that would not increase the water pressure and come out too strong in the totes with the plants. So I needed a full port pipe valve to accomplish that. One issue is this pump is not a variable flow pump so if you restrict the flow it can cause the pump to cycle. This is mitigated by the 50 foot hose and a turn knob style shut-off valve so I was able to avoid an accumulator pump.I was able to adjust the pressure with an allen wrench by turning the screw in the front of the pump but turned out too far and it fell off. I thought it would stop when you get it to minimum pressure but it just falls off. So now, after screwing it back on, I have no way to know what the cutoff pressure is. There were no instructions on this with the pump. I had to leave a message for customer service and missed the return call and instructions were incomplete. The pump is pretty quiet until the water runs out on the inlet side. Since my pump isn't fastened down it's more probe to vibrations. I'm happy with the volume of the pump overall. It pumps fast and my totes full up in no time. This is saving me a ton of time and it's well worth it. I do wish it could get all of the water out of the 50 foot hose after the bucket is empty but even after letting it run dry for a bit, it is not powerful enough to empty the hose. It does get most of it but this makes cleanup a lot more work.Overall I am very happy with the pump and the setup.

Works alright, very poor quality
UPDATE April 2023: screw this thing! It’s in the garbage now. Went out of town for a weekend and came home to a flooded kitchen. The pump kept cycling on and off until enough pressure built it sprung a leak around a hose clamped vinyl tube fitting going into my hot water heater. Eventually it failed completely and the pump emptied 350 GALLONS of water into my kitchen 🤬 there were absolutely no leaks in the entire system, I checked, triple checked, quadruple checked, checked a million 🤬 times; NO LEAKS EVER. Absolutely no reason the pump should’ve been cycling without a faucet open. CHEAP GARBAGE. Haven’t even had it for a year! DO NOT BUY unless you can put it somewhere it’s not gonna flood your entire kitchen! After a couple of months of using this pump it started cycling on and off every few minutes. Checked for leaks and there wasn’t one anywhere in the plumbing system. Used it this way for a month or so, figuring it must just be how it functions. This morning I woke up and turned on the water, turned it off and it wouldn’t stop cycling. Pulled it apart and discovered TONS of plastic white shavings throughout the pump. Inspected each piece and didn’t discover anywhere in the mechanics that could’ve been grinding these white shavings inside the pump. Only thing I can think of is that these white shavings have been there from the beginning from the manufacturing process. One of these shavings had lodged itself inside the impeller and prevented the pump from working. Pulled all of the white shavings out, reassembled it and now it works alright. I will say that they did make the pump fairly easy to pull apart and service though. Frustrating that a factory defect caused the pump to fail. They include a sediment filter to keep stuff from getting into the pump so they are clearly aware that any fine grained material entering the pump can cause issues so it’s frustrating that they would allow a defect such as this to occur. Other than this issue it has been a fine pump. Only other complaint I have is that it is very loud and obnoxious while operating, but from my research that’s how the majority of these on demand pumps are, so I guess I can’t complain. Beats not having running water at my off grid cabin, I guess.
