Was originally introduced to Colloidal Silver by a very close friend of mine in South Africa who is unfortunately no longer with us. Using this for sinus is brilliant. Feels like you have taken in water (like when you swim and accidentally get water up your nose) and can feel rather burny but once that subsides, it clears all the "gunk" in the sinus passages. If works wonders for me! :)

It’s very easy to use and has a good amount of product so will last a while. Have felt some improvement since using but not sure his effective it will be in the long run
