Super fast delivery and a good quality product. It sounds silly but it’s a sturdy charger - the last one I ordered (not from these people) for my decrepit laptop was a bit flimsy and fell out of the charging dock and came apart easily.I was pleased to see that the outer packaging the charger arrived in was paper and entirely recyclable as was the box inside. Probably no need for a plastic cover on the plug pins though or for a plastic slip over the cable as the cardboard box was sufficient.

I purchased this product as a quick alternative while I source a legitimate replacement power supply for my Toshiba Satellite C855 - 1TC. Something that can be said is when it comes to cheap Chinese alternatives is you get what you pay for. The cables are thin and feel very delicate. The plastic feels like it can break at any moment and its put together with little care and attention to detail. You just get the overall feeling that the product is not very durable and could break at any moment. However, for six pounds what can you expect. The main question for me is will it charge my battery and power my laptop. The answer is yes. The cables themselves are not very long so you have to either sit close to your sockets or use an extension when plugged in. I let my battery drain to 5% and then fully charged the battery using this supply. It charged no quicker or slower than a genuine Toshiba power supply. When using the laptop unplugged I feel that the battery is draining quicker than usual. Maybe this supply isn't providing a "full" charge. I don't know if that is a possible scenario or whether my battery itself is on its way out and I'm paying more attention to it than I have before due to the circumstances. All in all its working okay at the moment so for now I can't complain. The delivery was speedy (sold by EPC (UK) GRP LTD) and the product well packaged. If I get 3 months out of this I will be happy. Anything after is a bonus. As a power supply its doing its job but due to the cheap construction its a 3 star product in my opinion but for six quid, you really can't grumble.

I bought this to power laptop while watching YouTube etc via a hdmi cable connected to TV. Despite the power draw of running the laptop it also leaves the battery fully charged, and the charger stays cool, so all good so far.

This is a good laptop charger; my Toshiba Satellite C50 laptop stopped charging with my old charger so I purchased this as a replacement. Have since realized that it’s the battery that is the problem but I managed to fix it. But will be keeping this charger anyway as it is better than the one we had because the wire doesn’t bend where it is plugged in due to the way that it is designed. Would definitely recommend.
