Great batteries, shame about the price but you get what you pay for. I’ve been using them with the circular saw mostly cutting 18mm ply and they last between breaks. So I’ve been really impressed so far, had them for about a month so it’s still early days

I have used the Makita 3a batteries for 10 years or more, these are astounding and compared to a lot of other retailers, including Screwfix, these were by far the cheapest around, with the same Makita quality, oh and they get abused!

The recharge time for Makita batteries is amazing. The remaining capacity of a pair is not equal, one can have 2 lights out of 4 remaining, the latter none out of 4. Competing brands/products seem to have a similar mismatch problem.
