I love Brewer's Yeast tablets. To me, they're a snack to suck on until they melt in your mouth. They are, of course, good for you too. (I know not everyone would enjoy letting them melt in their mouths--so you can chew them up or swallow them whole too.) Solgar is an excellent brand, so these tablets are of the best quality.

When I found out brewers yeast can help increase milk supply I immediately ordered. It significantly helped my milk supply and my energy levels. The taste and smell isn't too bad. I don't really like taking 6 tabs at a time but other brands can have you taking 9 tabs a day. Definitely worth it.

I started for helping my breastmilk supply, today my 4th day since i started, i have at least an oz extra now from every pumping session. Taking 6 at the same time in morning with breakfast, i have really sensitive stomach but having no issue so far. also i know only taking these pills not helping it alone...need to drink some mother’s milk tea during day plus pumping often since my little one quit nursing and only use bottles. I can say helping with my mood as well. There is no “best and only option” when its come to supplements for breastmilk supply, still worth to give it a try. Worked for me...

I bought these for the gut health benefits and skin/hair benefits.I was very happy with this until about one month in. I started getting bad breath.I didn't link the two together at first but I read somewhere that someone else got bad breath after taking these.I decided to stop taking these to test it out and 3 days later, no more bad breath!It's a shame because I really did like these.

I've used for years. It gives me lots of energy. And it also helps me sleep if I take three pills before bed.An excellent brand. I would not buy any other. It also seems to help my memory as well. I highly recommend.
