Perfect for blocked Nose
I purchased this to help clear a blocked nose after having a cold and the regular Sinus Rinse would not clear it. Only needed one packet to clear the Nose.Note This is not for the first time user. Stated on the box.

Good value pack
Not sure it really help my blocked nose but it’s a good value and I feel good after using it

Good but expensive
Having used a home made solution of salt and bicarbonate of soda for many years for blocked nose I have now been using these for convenience more than anything.It says to not use tap water but I do.1 sachet with filtered warm water.They work well and last most of the day at cleaning nasal and sonus.Only downsize is they are expensive at about 20p each.

Handy sachets
Bought these for when my sinuses are really bad. The regular neilmed sachets are my usual go to. These work but do sometimes sting my nose a little

Excellent BUT....
If you are using the Isontonic powders BEWARE that these Hypertonic really are Strong = for me they work 101% but for others they could be too strong!!
