This I use every night when going to bed, helps to keep the burning at bay. The only thing I find opening the foil is difficult.

I have suffered from vaginal atrophy for nearly 12 months and it has been very uncomfortable. Have tried so many products and visited the doctors on numerous occasions, but not much help there unless I was prepared to go down the HRT route. I stumbled on this product when searching the web for alternative treatments. Only been using it for a couple of days and the condition is already improving. Can only hope that this will continue and restore my daily well-being and peace of mind. Would definitely recommend a trial.

Vitamin E has shown to be effective for the below issues, in particular Vaginal Dryness and also rectal issues such as fissures and or hemmaroids. I find these work very effectively and at a fair cost. I have taken a point off as unlike most other suppositories, there is not a slit down the metalic foil and theres not much space for you to cut them, so getting these bad boys out is actually a real ordeal. Hopefully this feedback is used to improve the packaging going forward. unfortunately they do not se to have done anything at all, we haven't finished the packets but there is defiantly no improvement. These were bought for UC for a boy.UPDATE: I've left the above as I didn't see much of a difference at the time but that was with stopping my sons current enemas as we had run out.Once he strated that back up and had these 1 x per in the day, it's been a game changer, it's supported his healing process and has helped stop the blood he passes. I'm ecstatic will not be without them now.

For me personally, caused more irritation and pain. So don’t know why but for me these didn’t work at all.

I have been diagnosed with a auto immune disease called lichen planus which causes vaginal dryness and itching,This product has been amazing insert at night as its easier. All women should use this when they get menopause symptomsas it helps so much. Its not until you get older that you realise that we should put moisturiser on our bits below the same amount of time we apply to our face and this product does that. What a difference they have made to my well being thank you.

Sorry, these just didn't agree with me, irritated me. Wish they were ok as relatively inexpensive to other things. Probably worth a try to see if they work for you. Premeno Duo ovules better for me, combined with Sylk.

These have been a complete success in helping totally reverse my vaginal atrophy! X1 inserted each night. I have also been taking x1 Hyaluron 500 vitamin each day and using vaginal dilators 2-3 times per week for the last 2 weeks.Having suffered for about 18 months I was desperate to try and fix this problem naturally snd determined not to use oestrogen at all. I’m amazed at the results in only 4 weeks!I’d say if you have this awful post menopause problem, or have it for any other reason and don’t want to use oestrogen, then give this a try!
