It's made in china I can not see a ce mark

I doubt it? They do give an indication of Glucose in Urine, which could be an indication of a diabetic problem needing attention; it may not indicate what is in the blood stream? If you are not diabetic currently they could give an indication you are heading for it, if you already are you probably need something else; best consult your GP or other health professional.

Q: Does anyone know what the main uti sections are to look out for on the strips?

I have been told that if the nitrite changes colour you have a uti also leukocytes and protein can also indicate infection . If the ketone changes colour it can indicate insufficient fluid intake this is the information I have been given . If the urine is cloudy and a strong odour you have infection . I am constantly keeping a check on my partner as he has had three episodes of sepsis from a uti

Q: How long do they last once opened please?

Hi Jim. I quote from the leaflet enclosed with the strips & the container: They are stable up to the expiry date shown on the label & box (in my case 06/2017) when stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. The cap must be replaced immediately and tightly after taking a strip out. Hope this helps.
