Q: is this product is suitable for vegetarian?

Are Centrum multivitamins suitable for vegetarians? No. Some of the ingredients are derived from animal products. Q: What size are the tablets as my husband has trouble swallowing large ones

roughly 1.25 cm long, and roughly .033 cm in its two other dimensions....so it is largeish, if not quite large (and it may be large by your husband's standards).....tabletting is important for some tablets, for the dispersal and absorption of chemicals over time, but it seems to me that your husband could use a knife to try to break down the size of such tablets if he does not mind more pointy bits (personally I would prefer to try the long tablets than risk pointy bits)

Q: Do these help with fatigue?

They contain minerals/vitamins that are known to increase energy but I guess it's all subjective and dependant on the person taking them.

Q: What is the expiry date?

I bought some a few weeks back and expiry is dated 05-2022. So around 1year 6month. If you take them daily you should easily need more before that date.
