I absolutely love this product. I have been using for a couple months and my sleep, skin and hair have improved greatly and I don't feel tired all the time anymore. Only down side is taking 6 pills everyday and they're on the bigger side boat they are slightly coated and to me it makes them easier to swallow. I take mine all at once in the morning. I'm glad I chose to try this brand and will keep using it!

They came very well packed I've been taking them one in the morning and one at night and I'm seeing a difference I recommend if you need collagen for your skin nails and hair good product.

Probé la versión en polvo de este colágeno y siento que no me hizo el mismo efecto que las tabletas, había decidido comprar en polvo porque no me gusta tomar tantas tabletas y son muy grandes. Sin embargo volví de nuevo a esta versión porque me gustan sus efectos en mi cabello y uñas.

Highly recommend this product for folks with thinning hair. I have been using it now for over a year and my "bald part" is gone. The hairs are still shorter than the rest so they stick out, but I prefer that to the white streak. Give it a try, be patient.
