This product came with a needle for the ball pump, I was mad because I couldn’t find it. But it was hidden inside the ball pump.

Lasted 1 year before cracking but did not crack fully. It is too dangerous to continue playing because it is on the verge of cracking. It is very loud when hitting the backboard, even with a towel behind it. It fits the door pretty well as there is almost enough space for another one. The hoop is over priced and compared to other hoops like Tekk as I bought that as a replacement for this. I recommend the Tekk hoop because it has a thicker backboard, is more sturdy, and has a better break-away rim. The only downside is the the rim for Tekk is slightly louder. Overall, this is a good hoop if you want a flip up rim, but the backboard is too thin and weak. And, the rim does not have enough resistance because if you hit the front rim the whole thing shakes around and is very loud.

We ordered the standard for one kid and the flip rim for the other, and unfortunately the standard really damaged our door (based on all the dunks). The flip rim has the benefit of having a little more give -- both upwards and downwards -- so it doesn't cause as much damage to the door underneath it.That said - the kids LOVE them. 5/5 happy. Just get the slightly more expensive version.

Great product. Its extremely durable and the ball that comes with it great. Only complaint is that the bottom lifts alot and slams against the door. Not sure how that could be fixed though, I'll probably just use some tape. Also pretty loud when hit with the ball.
