The Steam Iron and Dryer for Caps are fantastic additions to my hat collection. The steam iron helps restore the shape and removes wrinkles from my hats, leaving them fresh and well-maintained. The cap dryer is equally impressive, ensuring that my caps dry evenly and maintain their integrity. These tools have become indispensable for keeping my cap collection in top-notch condition. It took me a couple of weeks to master the unit, but it was well worth my time. However, it's important to note that there is a high burn risk when opening and closing the unit, so please exercise caution when operating this equipment. Additionally, make sure to remove all stickers from your caps before placing them into the unit, as the steam and heat can damage them.The only issue I have with this machine is that it leaks when using the steamer function. For this reason, I will give it a four-star rating instead of a five-star rating.

Do not buy. This product was a gift for my husband and it will not power on.I'm upset because the return window has past. What a waste of money.

At first, I thought the price was expensive, but after using it 5 times, I'm glad I bought it and I'm proud. Be sure to use distilled water. After using it very badly in the hot summer season, I recommend washing it once in a regular washing machine and using it.

This claims that it cleans hats but it only irons them and removes wrinkles that's all. If your looking for a hat iron this is your product if your looking for a washer this Is not it. Also the unit I got leaked water out the back of the unit right next to the power cord.

If the machine came in a smaller size I would buy another one. Just cant have caps stretched out of there original size by two larger sizes.

The instructions are garbage. The quality of the manufacturing is garbage. The operation of the machine is worst than garbage.

The media could not be loaded. the product leaks with water when using the steamer function. is my specific one defective? is this normal?
