SAME DICE thake come with the game.
We bought these extra dice just to make the gameplay easier. The game comes with only 5 dice (which usually is enough for the gameplay). Sometimes 6 or more dice is required for a roll, the game rules recommend to roll all 5 dice and take note of your successes then reroll as needed. Also, only having 5 dice seems a little lacking for 4-5 players. Now we have 11 dice (5 for the game box + 6 from this add-on set), there are NO DIFFERENCES between them, and we have more than enough for the games needs! Well worth the low price.

Good Dice Pack for Mansions of Madness, 2nd Edition
I love Fantasy Flight Games' games, but one thing they are notorious for is not including enough dice. I believe the base game for Mansions of Madness 2nd Edition contains five dice, enough to play the game, but occasionally you have to roll more dice than you've got and then play the memory game with how many successes you've already rolled. Also, when playing with more than one player, it's always nice to have your own dice (I've played MoM2 with five players- and its' too long. I much prefer playing with solo, or with two or three players max). This dice pack contains six, so in a two player game you can have your own dice, and there's more available if you have to roll a lot of dice.Mansions of Madness 2nd Edition is a great game, and this accessory just makes better. The Discriminating Gamer

It’s Ok
The base game only has five dice, which is limited; this additional set makes the game flow more easily.

The Mythos Phase
This event affects all investigators within sight of this review.Make an Influence check. Wait, what's that? Your influence skill is at 7 now? But the game only comes with 5 dice! I mean, yeah, you could just reroll two of the dice, but that is totally lame. I've got a better idea.Buy these dice. The game can get wild, and people can end up rolling all 11 dice in very specific scenarios, probably more. On second thought, maybe you should buy two sets of dice. But why stop at two?Make a Sanity check. Oof, that's a failure. Guess you'll need to buy a few dozen sets of dice just to be safe. What? No, it's too late to use your clues, plus you're in total darkness, so you couldn't have used them anyway unless Dave, who has the lamp, was in the same space as you. For that, you need to buy even more dice. Empty your bank account. You did this to yourself.

Excellent Quality of Life Upgrade.
Adds extra dice to the dice pool, like it says it does. The quality is top notch and you won’t have to worry about a shortage of dice when resolving tests. Excellent add-on to an already excellent RPG in a Box that is Mansions of Madness (2nd Edition).

Dice, specific for the game, how can one go wrong?
After playing a few games and constantly sharing/passing dice, it was nice to have the extras on the table to reduce the amount of passing around of the dice. While this isn't a problem (except maybe in my own base game?) but my base game only came with 5 dice, and this package contained 6 ... just odd, but certainly nothing I am going to deduct stars over! (quite the opposite actually)
