Great for a casserole dish and also as a Dutch Oven for sourdough bread. Well made and good value.

What I expected fit for what I want.

I love that it distributes heat for even cooking.

Does what it needs to, it's a nice weighty pot that conducts the heat through out really well. Can't remember what we cooked on it but that said nothing stuck and cleaning was easy , cleaned up well with next to no effort. We got a nice vibrant red with I love. The non stick was that good we also bought a cream wok from the same company nuovva and I've reviewed that as well. In general I'd definitely recommend getting one. I only bought it as I wanted to cook a boeuf bourguignon but now I've got it .... it's a properly good investment
