Dermablend Dermablend Leg and Body Makeup Foundation

I have been using this cream for years and years to cover up my port wine stain birthmark. My birthmark is a dark reddish purple color and this cover up covers it perfectly and it looks like my natural skin color. The cream lasts all day too.

I’m 47 and unfortunately did not heed the warnings of taking care of my skin when i was younger so my sun spots have been becoming more and more problematic. I have tried so many brands of makeup over the last 3 years and have never been happy with the coverage. This foundation is high quality and goes on so natural with no oiliness. The texture is so smooth and lightweight. I followed the directions and let it dry and it did not transfer on to my clothes at all! There is zero smell and no sticky feeling. My skin looks so much younger! I absolutely love this product and wish I hadn’t waited this long to try it out. The second photo is the after photo of only one application. I’m sure a second application will completely cover my darkest spot.

I've used this before and am happy to see it is still a great product. The substance/texture of the cream makes it work to cover things like tattoos and birthmarks and to remain on the skin - it won't rub off on things like foundation will (I tried that in a pinch and it did not work out well at all). Remember, this product is buildable and works better when set with powder afterward.I can't seem to pick the correct shade to save my life. I wish there was a sample set for shade ranges (such as for pale shades, tan shades, and dark shades to determine which fits best without having to purchase each one that could be close and that is unrealistic) because it seems like I either end up with a paper-white or a light-tan shade and neither looks natural because I'm somewhere in the middle. Great product, especially if you have an eye for picking your own shade. If I find the right one, this will be a 5-star review and I will buy it in bulk!

I purchased the lightest available shade, but it's not light enough. Luckily, I have some white foundation I can mix in for just such a problem, but I do wish I didn't have to. For how expensive it is, I would expect it to be more inclusive in its available colors. Besides this, it does provide great coverage and isn't sticky. I didn't use powder to seal it and it still didn't budge.

I had no idea DermaBlend even existed until a friend suggested I try it for my legs so I would not have to wear pantyhose to an outside summer wedding. I had no idea what to expect but trust this friend who is more fashionable than I am.I cannot overstate my LOVE for this product. I have pale fair skin and am 60 years old. I would never consider going without pantyhose in a dress that was middle of my calf or above. Until now. This is some sort of magical blend that I will never be without again.Not only does it go on smoothly (like a thick lotion) but it spreads evenly. I had perfect coverage---on my feet, toes, heels, ankles, knees, back of knees, and legs!!!! It went on so wonderfully and hid my skin discolorations, varicose veins, nicks & scratches, you name it. My legs looked naturally tan (but not too tan) with smooth skin. Extremely flattering.You MUST use the powder to seal it on (I just sprinkled it on like baby powder and wiped it over my skin). The color did not come off on my clothing, table or car seat, bedsheets, underware, etc. I literally could not believe the results. I never knew anything like this existed or was so easy to use.It also lasted until I took a shower the next afternoon. I used soap and a sponge to take it off. Saying that, I must be clear that it never felt heavy, oily, sticky or anything while I was wearing it. My legs did not itch or break out at all.This is a miracle product. I will never be without it again. Thank you to whoever created this. There should be medals for chemists who make something so wearable and liveable.

Works very well! I have the Tan Golden color which perfectly matched my complexion (FYI I am brown skinned, think singer Toni Braxton). It blended easily with a body makeup brush and after setting, did not smudge or rub off. I used it to cover the strawberry skin effect on my legs and it did just that. Highly recommend!

Well, I read a ton of reviews for this product before purchasing it, and the comments ranged from love it to hate it. But here is my story - first, I am 58, and while I had great looking legs in my early years, I developed a skin condition (I can't spell it and won't even try) which has left my legs spotted and blotchy. I am also fair skinned, and still get a spray tan in the summer to give me some color. However, that only makes the spots on my legs darker and more noticeable. It's really ugly and I hate it, so I avoid shorts. But in the hot 100 degree Southern heat, those are hard to avoid. SO I figured I should at least try this product. I did not have high hopes. Long story short - yes, this is a make-up coverage, it does not claim to be a sun tan product. If you apply it lightly, as it recommends, it has definitely helped the appearance of my legs to the point I have started wearing dresses and shorts, which is wonderful! It does not cover all my spots, but I did not expect it to, as I have so many and they are prominent. But it covers the spots enough that I am comfortable showing my legs. Yes, the make up will and can come off if you don't allow it to dry, which can take a couple of hours. And yes, it will come off on your clothes to some degree, just like normal make up will do - but no big deal, it washes off. But it's not a big problem. Small price to pay for being able to wear shorts again. I find the make up lasts a good two days for me, even with a shower or two. I don't scrub my legs in the shower, so it stays on. But after that, it will wear off, just like make up. I do recommend this product, and hope anyone interested will at least try it. It has really made me happy that I can show my legs again.
