Received brand new product, working as expected. Fits in a cupholder, the base of the product is around 7 cms in diameter. Equipped with a HEPA filter, UV sanitizing light and HESA max cartridge which works passively to neutralize gases. Looks reliable as its from Phillips. Filter size is smaller as compared to other Phillips purifier as I understand however will be able to tell effectiveness after using for sometime.

Efficient enough and solves its purpose, used by me in my two row car.

This air purifier is no doubt a good purchase and it only takes up a small space in your car, but it is too pricy for the benefits it serves

There is no way to know the status of purification - no light, no app, nothing. If you open it, it’s just a normal fan with a filter - similar to the one attached to the car’s AC. The manual says - 50% of car’s air cleaned in 10 minutes. So, by the time your air is clean, you would have reached your destination. So, no point. Returning this. Will save money and buy the 9311 (which has app connectivity and claims to clean car air in under 2 minutes).

The cover does not stay in place where it should be at all. 2. I wanted to put it on the armrest and the mount that comes with it was not enough to secure it to the armrest. 3. When it is on the armrest, the fans blow directly into the driver's and passenger's hand. This is not comfortable. It would be better if it blew forward and backward. I would like to return this product, but my assistant threw away the box too quickly while I was trying to fit it in the car.

I put the thing in the car charging port but it just doesn't work. It doesn't even have the option of detaching it from the car charging port so I can try with USB. They must put a list of cars it is compatible with because it certainly isn't working with mine. I also called their support helpline and they disconnected the call and didn't even bother to call back. What brand value and marketing are you guys doing? Why should anyone buy Phillips if this is the quality (or lack thereof) of customer support and service?

Product is easy to install and perfect fit in the car. Noise level is also not much and look wise also good.
