I’d originally hoped I could use the Boatbuckle brand straps but as luck would have it my trailer wouldn’t support that product. I needed a strap with a hook on each end so I went with these.After using them for a couple of months I’m very happy. They work well, and take little effort to secure the boat to the trailer. Seem durable as well. No issues so far. I would recommend these.

They work period. Easy to use and strong. Easy to break down when you are trying to remove them. Easy to store.I wish I had them before this. I have seen reviews of them getting rusty if used in salt water, Well no kidding they are not designed for that. Use them for flat bed haling on land or put them on your boat and trailer out of the water. I use them inside my cargo trailer for SxS or ATVs. Work great for getting fire wood on my flat bed. I would buy again.

I replaced my older buckle-type transom tie-downs with these retractable tie-downs. They are great. Simple as pie to use. Quick and Easey Peasey, even a novice can cinch down the boat in under a minute. The ease of use compared to the old ones is well worth the investment. One of those items that makes you wonder why you didn't buy it years ago.
