I bought this after needing a more affordable option over another product I was using.This one actually has higher doses of EAA’s and includes the major AA’s that I couldn’t find in other fitness supplements and BCAA/ EAA supplements.I got the unflavored to throw into my protein shakes and it truly is unflavored. I will say however I tried it just with juice and it had a slightly funky aftertaste and smell. Nothing bad just not ideal, so I personally recommend a smoothie or protein shake. It mixes well, and doesn’t leave clumps (both blended and with a shaker bottle).I definitely notice a difference after my training sessions when I don’t take it, more soreness and longer recovery than when I take it.I take this almost everyday so I appreciate the affordable price. However it would be nice to have a bigger option

Just received my order the other day ,trying this product EEA POG flavor for first time . I've been using protein and amino acid product for over 2 decades. 1st taste is great n price is good also.the instructions call for 8 to 16 oz of water .I used 16 oz n 4 cubes of ice and the flavor was strong . But still tasted good so I added 2 more oz of water n 4 more cubes of ice .still taste good not watery with a very slight after taste. Look forward to buy again if they don't hike up the price!!.

It's a decent product especially for the price. Works as intended and the taste is decent enough to get by. Not bad but not great or notable. HOWEVER, I can't give it 5/5 because of the smell of the powder. It legit smells like wet dog fur and idk how the hell it came to that but it's pretty bad. I can bare it but if you're sensitive to smells this might be a major miss for you.

I only will biy Unflavored. Their flavored ones have toxic artificial sweeteners .I NEVER consume SUCRALOSE (the darling cousin to toxin Aspartame, also made in a lab. Ugh). The Unflavored was easy to throw in my shakes and smoothies. I lift weights & cardio.

This product does what it’s supposed to do, helps recover tremendously.. HOWEVER.. be warned it is NOT unflavored as advertised. As many others have mentioned, basically you’re drinking acids and it definitely tastes like it. The only way I can stomach this product is to put it in lemonade or orange juice. Must be a bitter drink!! Don’t waste your time or produce like I did by trying to add it to your protein shake or smoothie.

I get the fruit punch flavor. I find that 7 grams in my 48 oz water bottle is just right. When I used the suggested serving size of 11 grams it was way too sweet. Lasts longer that way as well. No problems with the product.

Woof! The unflavored one taste really bitter, even when I mixed with my chocolate protein shake! I guess a good thing is that it does not contain any added sugar!
