I'm not particularly fond of the flavor it's not much taste but kind of it has a supplement taste to it I guess you'd say so I take it in yogurt or my oatmeal or I really prefer capsule form overall ... But it's not bad and the scooper is like I believe a teaspoon size and it says to take one of these a day on the neutral cost "unflavored creatine monohydrate"

I've been really happy with this creatine. The powder is super fine, so it mixes easily into water or my protein shake without leaving a bunch of clumps at the bottom. Since it's unflavored, I can add it to just about anything without changing the taste, which is a huge plus. I've had no stomach issues using it, and the quality has been consistent from the first scoop to the last. The container lasts a long time with 100 servings, so it feels like a great value for the price. I'll definitely be buying this again when I run out.

This is the most tasteless creatine I've taken. It doesn't seem to mix well and leaves the drink gritty, but it does suspend long enough to slam down. This stuff is so good that I came back for the bigger bottle. It's really effective, lacks odor, and doesn't effect my digestive health. I don't think creatine gives energy.

Definitely a product I’ll continue using!

It has everything a good creatine product should have. Only negative is that it really does not dissolve, despite being micronized. It goes into suspension so if you take too long to drink it, it “falls out” and you have to keep re- stirring. You always loose a tiny bit at the bottom. However, unlike some reviews, I still find it tasteless and easy to drink, and I’ve never seen it clump. I may try one other that is supposed to really dissolve. If it’s the same as this, I will return to this one. I have a lot of “respect” for this one.

I started this when I started my GLP1 treatment November 2025. I started with the 3gm dose to help maintain the muscle I had since severe and chronic back issues prevented most exercise. I was extremely surprised when I noticed a few months later that my cognitive function had improved immensely! I no longer forget why I walked into a room and names come to me easily. The tasteless and odorless ingredients mix well in my morning coffee with no digestive issues at all. The fine consistency of the product ensures a well mixed cup of coffee. I cannot recommend this enough. The value is impressive as well, averaging me a little over $2.00 per month. This will forever be a part of my routine.

I was skeptical. I have been taking the tablet version from Nutricost and with my other suppliments I was just having to swallow way too many pills. So going to powder here saved me 4 pills a day. I thought I'd give the powder a shot and it surpassed my expectations. I can't taste it at all and I don't notice any grit to it in water. I dump a full scoop into my 18oz glass bottle I use. It desolves very well in this amount of water. Im sold on the powder and its all I'm going to buy from now on.

Definitely a game changer!!!!! My only regret, not knowing about this sooner. I have been using this for just a month! The first day I took it, I felt a huge difference. Highly recommended 👌! (THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE). My success story: for a few years now, I had been suffering from severe muscle fatigue on my upper back muscles (Romboids), to the point that I needed to lay down to rest around 2 or 3 pm. Sometimes I had to end my work days early because I couldn't go on any more. Very frustrating. I have back issues (herniated disks and disk degeneration "dis-ease" (if you know what I mean). I requested an MRI and X-ray of my lower and upper back as well from my PCP. Besides the known skeletal issues, mild scoliosis was discovered as well - shocking to say the least). PCP said nothing that can be done about it so just manage it, therapy maybe. Or take pain pills or muscle relaxants. But I don't give up easily, so I started looking for other alternatives like streching more (it helped), bathing in warm water with Salt - it also helped but not until I stumbled on Creatine (Originally mistaken with Creatinine - I'm not in the medical field, sorry, I'm a roofing contractor. I told my wife [Who's a Nurse Practitioner and also complained of too much upper back tension and recently birthed our 3rd child - bless her], I was going to start taking it (Creatinine) and she told me I was crazy 🤪. There was no need for it. But again, I dont give up easily. Against her advice I started taking 5 grams daily. The first day I took it, I noticed a huge difference. Muscle tension was almost gone! Also helped with Tendonitis of my right wrist (hurt myself at work 6 months ago). I week after I increased to 10 grams and I feel great. I had to share my success story with my wife and I told her she should try it. 3 days later she was hooked! Immediate relief! (YES SHE REALIZED IT WAS CREATINE AND NOT CREATININE). Also mother-in-law has been using it for two weeks now and takes it religiously! Also upper back tension and inflation of her shoulder (She's 60 y/o, bless her heart). I asked her how she felt the 3rd day, and almost cried to thank me how well she was feeling. I ordered them a 2nd container and soon Ill be ordering 2 more. For the benefits we receive, it's dirt cheap! We all love it! Again, my only regret is not knowing about this sooner. I have started working out again after 20 yrs and I'm very excited about a healthy and painless future. I work a full day without feeling that old muscle fatigue any more. Im 48 y/o so I am aware of normal wear and tear. I'm writing this review voluntarily and have not been compensated for it (I wish I did though). I'm sure there's a lot of people out there who can benefit from this. One more thing, I mix it in hot water and dilutes extremely well. I have noticed better results. Not sure if it's correct or not - I hope the vendor reads this and confirms one way or another. I saw someone recommended on Instagram so I tried it and it works for me. I take it daily first thing in the morning on am empty stomach (for the most part). I love this product and thank you for making it!
