I am so glad I bought this. I have been fighting with another product for years. I should have just bought this to begin with.This jig is well made and very accurate. I had a lot of dowels to drill on my latest project and tins was just what I needed.I like the container that it comes in. It is nice to have all of the parts together and does well for my OCD.I especially like feature where you can drill in the center of the edge of your board by simply hooking the pegs on either side of it. This alone saved me a lot of time. I had boards from 5/8" up to 7/8" thick and the jug didn't need adjusting.I would definitely recommend this.

Great dowel jig kit, well thought out and easy to use. However, If you're going to be doing fine woodwork, do yourself a favor and buy a quality set of brad point drill bits. The ones supplied with the kit are OK, but not great, and tend to wobble while getting started (even shown in their own video), making for a rather loose dowel fit . Also, I recommend that you double up on bits and collars. It's tedious to adjust the hole depth when doing repetitive joints. Easier to just swap out the bits. Bottom line, though... great value, and a great introduction to using dowels for joinery.

good price and easy to use

Perfect! Works great. I had to cut my brand new Amazon purchased barnyard door down from 84” to 81” to fit my application. I used dowels and this dowel jig to reconnect the door frame. So nice, so easy to use. Highly recommend this tool. I looked at the more expensive ones with their shiny paint jobs. I’m very happy with my choice.

Worked very well

Pretty poor performance. I could get one out of three holes to line up well. Would not buy again. But it was pretty cheap. You get what you pay for.
